How do pre-orders work?
- Pre-orders will have a specific time window of when you can buy the item. Once that window is closed, the item will become unavailable, and production will begin for all orders placed within the window period. Production time will vary per item/design, and there will be continuous updates of when items will be sent out. Pre-orders are non-refundable once pre-order date closes. How long does shipping take?
- If you are in the US, shipping will take between 3-7 days, once production is complete. This is also only an estimate and not a guarantee, it all depends on where you are in the US and what's going on in your surrounding area. Please keep in mind, the USPS is currently facing hardships, while simultaneously dealing with the current COVID-19 Pandemic, so delays may be expected.
When will my pre-order ship?
- After the end date and once the production of the pre-orders are complete, it will take about 4-6 weeks to ship out pre-orders. Some items/designs are sent out in batches to make the process faster.
What does "Pre-shipment" mean?
- We ship our products in batches, once your item goes into pre-shipment it means that your item is being prepared as a part of a batch.

"I accidentally gave you the wrong address!!!"
- No worries! As soon as you realize, shoot us an email with your order number and the correct address, and we will fix it on our end!
How do I care for my garment? (Glow In the dark)
- When washing turn inside out and wash on a cool setting.
- Hang dry or put on low heat setting in dryer.
- DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY OVER GLOW IN THE DARK THREAD!
- If you need to iron over areas, place parchment paper or fabric between garment and iron.
How do I care for my garment? (Any non glow in the dark)
- When washing turn inside out and wash on a cool setting.
- Hang dry or put on low heat setting in dryer.
- Iron out any wrinkles
How do I care for my garment? (Printed)
- When washing turn inside out and wash on a cool setting.
- Hang dry or put on low heat setting in dryer.
- DO NOT LEAVE GARMENT FOR EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME IN WASHER
- To fix wrinkles or marks design, place parchment paper or fabric over design and iron out wrinkles.
